When you arrive in the Okanagan Valley, it doesn't take long to understand why it has become a destination of choice. It is a year round adventure offering activities in snow, sand or grass...in the water, in an orchard or on a mountain. It is a place where there is always something to do at any time of the year.

Our decision to develop this property started out with one very important question. "Where would we be proud to live?" A location safe, scenic and friendly. The site had to have close access to transportation links such as an international airport, national highways and local bus service. It was also important to be part of a community that provided a diverse range of recreation and entertainment. Finally, we desired a level site that allowed for proper access, full urban utility serves and useable green space. Our chosen site for Sunscape Resort Homes met all of these criteria.
